The Bachelor’s degree programme offers an initial professional qualification for roles within educational and support services for children. Fields of professional activity include early years support and managing, supervising and evaluating tasks in pre-schools and counselling institutions.

During the degree programme, you will acquire knowledge of child development, including individual factors such as talents, but also possible developmental risks and limitations. You will acquire the skills needed to apply and further develop educational and didactic approaches.

In the fields of Organisation Development as well as Continuing Education and Evaluation, you will learn to examine the educational quality of learning processes and institutional conditions and to optimise them on the basis of scientific findings.
