Admission to the practical work period in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (employment as a civil servant until cancelled) The university places are advertised by the Training and Continuing Education Centre of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen and the Municipality of Bremerhaven. Applications are initially submitted directly to either the Bremen Training and Further Education Centre (AFZ) or the City of Bremerhaven Magistrate's Office.
