Admission requirements

Training within the administration. No direct application at the higher education institution. Applications have to be addressed to the responsible hiring authorities. In the so-called 'Vorbereitungsdienst' (preparatory stage of training) only those who fulfil the legal requirements for the appointment can be recruited to the civil service.
