The course of study is aimed at applicants with a first professionally qualifying academic degree and professional experience in real estate, architecture, civil engineering or related industries of usually not less than one year.

You can study the Master of Science Project Development as a career-integrated degree course on-site in Bochum (weekend model). The study programme is only offered in the winter semester.
Admission requirements
The admission requirements for the Master of Science Project Development degree course are: - university degree (at least 180 ECTS) with at least 30 ECTS in Economics - English level B2 or 5 ECTS There are no further admission requirements, for example in the form of a numerus clausus.
