You can study the Bachelor of Arts in Digitalisation and Real Estate Management with complete flexibility in the model that suits you – whether full-time or part-time. In-person on site in Bochum (at the weekend or during the block week) or as a digital+ purely digital distance learning course. In Hamburg, you can decide whether you want to be there in person or online at the weekend.

Admission requirements

- subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur) - or a professional qualification (e.g. completed vocational training with three years of professional experience related to the course) - or previous education recognised as equivalent - proven English language proficiency at level B1. English language proficiency can be demonstrated through a recognised foreign language certificate as well as through English tuition as part of the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur)
