Admission requirements
The admission requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree programme in Municipal Real Estate Management are: - subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur) - or a professional qualification (e.g. completed vocational training with three years of professional experience related to the course) - or previous education recognised as equivalent - proven English language proficiency at level B1. English language proficiency can be demonstrated through a recognised foreign language certificate as well as through English tuition as part of the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur) There are no further admission requirements, for example in the form of a numerus clausus.
