The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and shelving. They also come equipped with bedding, bed linen, curtains, individual refrigerators and internet access. There are 26 separate rooms on five floors. Each floor has four bathrooms (shower/WC/WB) and a community kitchen where students can cook together. Common areas on each floor invite students to sit together, get to know each other, and share breakfast. The student club (GAG 18) and the large outdoor area can also be used by all residents.
