Dr Ganame holds a master's and a PhD in Botany and Plant ecology respectively in 2014 and 2021
from University Joseph Ki-ZERBO. My research focuses on mitigation and adaptation
to climate change through the conservation of plant diversity. In climatAfrica, my
current research focuses on promoting neglected and underutilized leafy vegetable
species as resilient climate change adaptation strategies for the local population in Burkina Faso in order to increase the potential of ecosystem goods and services with a view to sustainable socio-economic development.
Climate change expertise and interests
Climate change- land use and land cover; Climate change- carbon flux and biodiversity conservation; Species ecological niche modelling
