Annotation
Nanotechnology represents a highly topical scientific field that combines different areas of physics, chemistry, materials engineering, electrical engineering and medicine. The focus is primarily on future-oriented high-tech fields such as nanotechnology, microsystems and surface technology. Full-time course 3 semesters, part-time course 6 semesters. Admission requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Physical Technologies, Physical Engineering, Microtechnology or an at least equivalent degree, e.g. diploma (FH), a related field of science or engineering or a comparable international degree. 2) Bachelor or diploma overall grade with at least 210 ECTS points (applicants with 180 ECTS points are offered a preparatory pre-semester) Language requirements for non-native speakers: German TestDaF level 4 in all four parts or equivalent DSH level 2
