Annotation
The degree course in Konstanz is based on double enrolment – an integrated Bachelor’s degree and state examination course run in parallel. You can only access the Bachelor’s degree course if you are also enrolled in the state examination course. Isolated studies are not possible. If you apply, the application is valid for both courses at the same time. The Bachelor’s degree recognises study achievements that are made during Law studies in Konstanz. This offers you additional security when you take the state examination. The Bachelor’s degree can also provide a basis for a subsequent Master’s degree or other career paths beyond the classic legal professions. The course content covers the essential provisions of civil law, criminal law and public law in academic depth. The increasing importance of the digitalisation of the law and the law of digitalisation is reflected in all teaching content. In the specialisation phase, you will get to know a specific area of the legal system in more depth.
Admission requirements
