Annotation

The high technology sector of astronautics with its extreme demands on materials and technology requires a high degree of interdisciplinary interlocking of the disciplines of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology in order to achieve high-level goals, such as a manned mission to Mars or the expansion of the commercial satellite network. The goal of the Bachelor's in Physics and Technology for Astronautics Applications (Bachelor of Science) is to produce specialists in astronautics with a broad education in the foundation subjects. As a student of the programme, you will acquire in-depth content and methodological knowledge through interdisciplinary training in the two core subjects of physics and electrical engineering\; specialist knowledge that enables you to define the current problems for physics and physical-technical technologies in the field of astronautics, e.g. on satellites, and to develop specific solutions\; theoretical and/or practical knowledge consolidated in electives\; additional skills that allow you to develop a professional perspective in the interdisciplinary environment of astronautics.
