Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree course in Ecotrophology or Nutritional Sciences.

Annotation

Nutritional sciences combined with social sciences: ecotrophology connects both worlds. Students deepen their knowledge in both disciplines and have the opportunity to specialise. The following focus areas are offered: Behavioural Change, Sustainable Consumption, Nutritional Medicine or Quality Assurance in Food Supply. Nutritional topics such as human nutrition or the analysis and evaluation of biochemical processes in the human organism are included in the curriculum, as are psychological, economic and sociological approaches to the topic of nutrition.

Admission requirements

Admission requirement is a relevant Bachelor's degree. Bachelor’s degrees in Ecotrophology, Nutritional Sciences, Nutrition Management and Dietetics are considered relevant. The Examination Board may recognise other courses as equivalent in the context of the application and admission procedure after a case-by-case examination.
