Annotation

The Master’s degree course in "Internal Auditing and Artificial Intelligence" is the only university specialisation in Germany with a focus on internal auditing. It is certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors as a "Centre for Internal Auditing Excellence". Students can voluntarily prepare for the "Certified Internal Auditor" or "Internal Auditor DIIR" examinations. The course content includes internal auditing, accounting, corporate governance, data analysis, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and regulation topics, as well as the fundamentals of economics and key skills. The Master’s degree course in "Supply Chain Management and Logistics" is very practice-oriented and includes collaborations with numerous companies such as HelloFresh, Lufthansa, Picnic and ShareNow. Students have the opportunity to participate in practical and research projects, for example as research assistants or in the context of their theses. The focus is on content from the areas of data analysis, operations research, programming, modelling, optimisation, machine learning and artificial intelligence. The curriculum is supplemented by quantitative research methods and applications in fields such as circular economy, price and revenue management, logistics, mobility, production and supply chain management.
