The Master's degree course in Human Resources and Staff Management was designed for students with a first academic degree in Business Administration who have a strong interest in deepening their knowledge in the corresponding subject areas of human resources and staff management. The digitalisation of the world of work, demographic change and globalisation pose significant challenges for companies in the field of human resources and staff management. This Master's degree course addresses these developments and qualifies graduates to take on management positions and staff functions in human resources and staff management in medium-sized and large companies.
