Admission requirements

Applications are submitted via the dialogue-oriented Service Process. This requires a registration at hochschulstart.de as well as a further registration and application at the University of Heidelberg. The University of Heidelberg takes into account the BaPsy (aptitude test for Bachelor's degree courses in Psychology) aptitude test when allocating places. With 20 points, the BaPsy test result plays a large part in the allocation of places in Heidelberg, in addition to the university entrance qualification grade (30 points) and increases your chances of admission. Prior to the procedure, we recommend that you participate in the online self-assessment OSA-Psych (www.osa-psych.de); participation in this orientation procedure is mandatory for enrolment.
