Annotation
In the Master's degree programme in Cooperation Management, students learn about multi-professional forms of cooperation and their implementation in health and social management. They deal with leadership and management concepts, develop networking skills and practice project management. The course of studies enable students to integrate economic and ethical skills into the concepts of health and social services and provides basic knowledge for subsequent research projects. The core of this degree programme for management tasks in social care and healthcare can be briefly outlined using four key words: cooperation, management, business administration, personality.
Admission requirements
A university degree qualifying for a profession in the fields of social work, social education, curative education, nursing science (nursing education, nursing management), theology, religious education, business administration, teaching profession at schools or in other relevant, related fields of human sciences (e.g. psychology, medicine or similar) and at the start of the course of study has relevant professional experience of at least one year and is active to an appropriate extent in fields of social and health services parallel to the course of study.
