Annotation
The course of Studies of Applied Theology (religious pedagogy) is characterised by a scientific and practice-oriented orientation. It imparts both theological and humane knowledge and skills that enable students to do so, - to understand the Christian faith more deeply and to communicate it responsibly, - to help people in different personal situations and circumstances to lead a meaningful life, - to independently carry out pastoral or religious pedagogy tasks assigned to them. The degree course is also offered as a distance learning course; Here, the degree course content can be distributed over a longer total period of time (three to six years).
