Annotation

The future-focused degree programme in "Applied Nutrition and Food Sciences" prepares students for the requirements in different fields of activity in specialist and interface positions in the fields of food, nutrition and hygiene - in particular in the predominantly medium-sized companies in the food industry, with providers of supply and services, in the fields of equipment technology for food processing and storage, cleaning technology, cosmetics or in pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Graduates of this degree programme • have basic scientific and technical knowledge, • have in-depth expertise in the fields of food technology, nutrition and hygiene, • have a sense for sustainability, • can handle complex tasks and problems both independently and in a team.
