Annotation
The first (winter) semester will take place at the University of Cologne; the second (summer) semester will take place Istanbul Bilgi University. Programme administrators: Prof Dr Mansel (University of Cologne) and Prof Dr Atamer (Istanbul Bilgi University).
Admission requirements
German 'first examination' degree in the subject of Law or comparable degree or Turkish degree 'Lisans, LL.B.' and proof of fulfilment of the admission criteria of the Turkish regulations for postgraduate degree courses or a Bachelor's degree in Law (German or Turkish) with 240 CP
