The hall of residence was vacated on 31 January 2025 and subsequently demolished. Since then, preparations have been underway for the new building, which will accommodate around 130 people in future. It is expected to be ready for occupancy in autumn 2026.

The deposit depends on the monthly rent (1.25 times the total rent).
Duration of housing
Rentals are limited to six semesters/three years. In case of substantial reasons (illness, committee work, exams, occupation at the Self-Administration of the Dormitory, etc.) the time of occupancy may be prolonged for a maximum of three semesters.
