  Application requirements
  Eligibility for accommodation in a student residence operated by Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau applies to those enrolled at any institution associated with the Studentenwerk. Eligibility also extends to the period starting two months before the beginning of studies and up to three months after deregistration.

  Application deadline
  Applications can be made from
  1 October until 28 February for the summer semester and 1 April until 31 July for the winter semester.
  
  Applications for student accommodation should be submitted as early as possible, even if admission has not yet been granted, since applications are processed in the order they are received.
