The residence is situated right in the heart of Charlottenburg. This central location means that all of the universities and colleges are within easy reach by train or bus.

The four-storey building was constructed in 1908 and has a lift. It has been used as student accommodation since 1979. The single rooms are furnished and have a wash basin, telephone and TV connection points. On the landings there are shower rooms, toilets and kitchens for communal use.

Duration of housing

As a rule students can stay up to ten semesters in a dorm. In compliance with the contract type, the minimum period of residence is three months.
