Overview
The Ulrich-Haberland-Haus, located in the Endenich neighborhood, is very close to the natural science institutes. Buses stop right outside the door. From the bus stop, it takes only eight minutes to reach the main train station and six minutes to reach the university institutes on Poppelsdorfer Nußallee.
The seven-story building (built in 1963) was completely renovated and modernized in 2002. The rooms are furnished. Internet connections are available.

Rent deposit
Tenants are required to pay a deposit before conclusion of the agreement. This always amounts to one-and-a-half to two monthly rents. The deposit is not subject to payment of interest (in compliance with Section 551 (3) of the German Civil Code (§ 551 Abs. 3 BGB)).
Duration of housing
In order to give as many students as possible a chance to rent inexpensively, rental periods in Studierendenwerk dorms are limited to six semesters. An extension can only be considered in exceptional cases.
