Overview

The listed former barracks building was primarily converted into a student housing complex. Some of the residential units are also rented out to visiting academics. The housing complex is located in the immediate vicinity of Universität and OTH Regensburg and on the site of the former Nibelungen barracks.

The residential complex comprises 36 accommodations for students, distributed over five floors. The living spaces are divided into 24 complete single flats, six apartments in 2-person shared flats, four apartments in a 4-person shared flat and two family apartments for students with children. All accommodations have their own bathroom and are equipped with a bed, desk, closet and curtains. Internet connection is also available.
