Overview
The 'Kunzenweg' student accommodation is found at the College of Education (Pädagogische Hochschule) campus in the district Littenweiler, right at the edge of the Black Forest and the Dreisam valley (Dreisamtal). The sports institutes of the Albert-Ludwigs-University are also not far away. Students live in small flat-sharing communities for three to five people with a communal kitchen and bathroom. The campus also includes a kindergarten, where children of students can be cared for, as well as the cafeteria/canteen “Mensa Littenweiler”.
The train-station Freiburg-Littenweiler and the tram stop can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bike.

Rent deposit
At the beginning of the tenancy, a deposit of € 500.00 for single rooms or € 600.00 for single rooms and € 700.00 for flats is due, which will be returned after moving out, provided there are no complaints about the room. The deposit will be refunded approx. four weeks after the end of the contract.
