‘European Universities Weeks‘ from 30 April - 30 May 2025

Around Europe Day on 9 May, the ‘European Universities Weeks’ will provide insights into the various commitment of German universities that are part of European University Networks and funded by the accompanying national programme ‘European University Networks (EUN) - National Initiative’. There will be numerous events and activities designed to highlight Europe and what European universities stand for. The competitiveness of the European Education Area, digitalisation, inclusion, European identity and solutions to societal challenges are just some of the key topics being promoted by the alliances.
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) supports the EU initiative by funding the participating German universities additionally through the accompanying national programme ‘European University Networks (EUN) - National Initiative’.
Is your university part of the European Universities initiative and would you like to use Europe Day on 9 May as an opportunity to represent and promote your network?
