Module handbooks on quality management
The University of Potsdam and the University of Duisburg-Essen have jointly developed textbooks for their training courses on internal quality assurance taught in the above-mentioned DIES projects. The five module handbooks on quality management have been published in English and French and are available for download. If used, please cite as given in the publication details.
