Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. With approx. 120 programmes in over 60 different sports, the University of Hohenheim offers all university members the opportunity to engage in sports activities within the university. During the pandemic, only a few face-to-face courses with a limited number of participants are offered, but also online courses. Current information is available by telephone, online and via social media. Sports: Badminton; basketball; beach volleyball; hang-gliding; football; fitness; artistic gymnastics; gymnastics; handball; hip-hop & dancing; fencing; hurling; Pilates; power workouts; riding; sailing; Tai Chi Chuan; tennis; volleyball; yoga; circuit training; Zumba, etc.; sports programmes are limited or available online during the pandemic.
