Locations: The EH Library is located in the building of the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Freiburg (EH).; Stock: The EH Library has about 57,000 printed media; In addition, teaching staff and students have access to electronic media.; Services: Resources focus on Social Work, Social Policy, Social Law, Protestant Religious Education, Social Welfare Work and Early Childhood Education. The library of the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Freiburg is a publicly accessible academic university library with freely accessible resources, which can be borrowed. Workspaces and internet access are provided and the staff assist with searching for relevant media, for example by supplying and maintaining electronic search tools, helping people to use them and conducting training on information skills.

Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of the University of Freiburg, the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Freiburg and the PH Freiburg University of Education. Participation is free of charge. This specific programme is again open to the Katholische Hochschule University of Applied Sciences, and also to the University und Pädagogische Hochschule by prior arrangement. In addition to the general university sports programme, the Evangelische Hochschule offers 90 minutes of popular sports every week during the winter semester. Here, ideas are given for sports and movement-oriented work with different target groups. Through the additional SPOSA qualification, it is possible to gain more in-depth skills (practical, theoretical and empirical) and provide evidence of these skills with a certificate.
