Special features regarding teaching

The modular degree programme is based on "Constructive Alignment". The basis is the conviction that learning is an active process that can only take place "successfully" if the learners are actively involved in it. Learners put together the practical professional meaning themselves from the relevant learning activities. So learning is not something that can easily be transferred from the teacher to the learner, but a process of finding meaning that has to be created by yourself. The alignment aspect is aimed at the learners' trade.
