Target group
Graduates of a first professionally qualifying university degree in the field of business chemistry who wish to achieve a qualification in economics in addition to a scientific education.
Admission requirements
- First higher education degree qualifying for a profession (six-semester programme\; 180 LP) or equivalent degree in economic chemistry or in a related subject of Slavic studies - Average grade of the first degree of 2.9 or better - Presentation of a diploma or proof of at least 140 LP for provisional admission (list of all benefits acquired so far) - if the grade is lower than 2.0 or if the final certificate is not yet available, further requirements are added as part of the aptitude procedure: Extent of previous theoretical and practical study components in chemistry, physics, mathematics and economics, calculation of an extrapolated average grade and, if applicable, participation in a 30-minute subject-related selection interview (knowledge, skills and competences, particularly in the fields of inorganic, organic, physical and bioanalytical chemistry, mathematics and the basics of business administration of the applicant are examined) -German knowledge at level DSH-2 or comparable proof (if first degree or university entrance qualification is not acquired at a German-speaking institution) - Knowledge of English at level B2 CEFR Application deadline: 1 June of every year
