Target group

This Master’s degree programme is specifically designed for professionals and is aimed at experienced lawyers and economists as well as at young graduates, young professionals and trainees who aspire to a management position with a focus on employment law in a law firm or a company, e.g. in the HR department. University graduates from other disciplines are also eligible to take part in the degree course after completing a free of charge additional preliminary course.

Admission requirements

Admission requirement to the Master's degree programme "Labour Law" is a successfully completed university degree with a state exam, Diplom, Bachelor or Master's degree programme among the top 50% of all graduatesat a university with at least 240 ECTS credit points. Up to 60 ECTS points can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications. For non-legally trained applicants:: admission to the preparatory course and passing the exam is an additional admission requirement.
