Target group

The degree course is aimed at graduates with a first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree in degree programmes in the field of Art, Film and Image Science or subject-related study programmes and equivalent to a Bachelor's degree amounting to 180 credits at a university or equivalent higher education institution in Germany or abroad.

Admission requirements

A subject related requirement is proof of academic achievements in the Art History field in the scope of at least 60 credit points and a final grade of at least "good" International applicants must provide proof of German language proficiency at the level of the DSH examination (min. level 2), the TestDaF (TDN 4x4) or a recognised equivalent.
