The degree course is aimed at graduates with a first professional certificate of academic degree (Bachelor's degree, etc.) in Arabic Studies or Islamic Studies.
Admission requirements
The prerequisite is proof of knowledge of modern Standard Arabic at level B 1.1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and a final grade of "good" or better. International applicants must provide proof of German language proficiency at the level of the DSH examination (min. level 2), the TestDaF (TDN 4x4) or a recognised equivalent.
