In all modules of the career-integrated MBA course, special emphasis is placed on the transferability of knowledge into the professional practice of the participants. In order to intensify the transfer into practice and to create networks, business talks with important players from industry and society take place in the second year of study, in which current management and leadership topics are discussed.

In addition, each MBA student can take advantage of individual coaching. They can choose a personal coach from various professional coaches to continuously reflect on the link between the study content and their own work. Or simply to discuss current questions from their everyday professional lives.

Certificate of academic degree (university, university of applied sciences, BA*)
