Annotation

The theoretical study sections amounting to a total of 24 months at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Judicial Administration (FH), continuing education centre of the Free State of Saxony (University of Applied Sciences), alternate with practical phases totalling 15 months at courts and public prosecutors' offices. On successful completion, the three-year degree course qualifies you for career group 2, first entry position (formerly: higher intermediate level of civil service), allowing them to use the designation ‘Judicial Officer’. In addition, the academic Diploma degree of Judicial Administrator (University of Applied Sciences) is awarded if an independent academic Diploma thesis has also been submitted successfully.
