Annotation
The health economy is the area of our society and sector of our economy that encompasses medical care and nursing. The social economy, on the other hand, encompasses the provision of various social services such as childcare in daycare centres, support for adolescents and people with disabilities, the integration of people with a migrant background and much more. The social and health economy is a diverse industry that includes small organisations, public companies and business enterprises, young start-ups and traditional welfare organisations, non-profit associations and internationally operating, profit-oriented companies. What do they all have in common? They need professional management and people who want to make a lasting difference in this field.
