Target group
Working professionals who have more than 1 year of professional experience after completion of a first professionally qualifying academic degree. These applicants would like to document their professional environment with the respective working environment through practical educational research. They would like to use the results of this reflection for the further development of their field of work and for the shaping of their organisation, bringing innovation to the workplace.
Annotation
The master's program comprises a total of 120 credit points. In each of the 6 semesters, two modules of 10 credit points each have to be taken. The attendance phases are structured in such a way that employed people miss a maximum of three weeks at their place of business per semester: A block week is planned for each module, usually from Monday to Saturday.
Admission requirements
In addition to a completed Bachelor's degree course or an equivalent academic degree, one year of professional experience that is based on the first certificate of academic degree must usually also be demonstrated. A study cooperation agreement with a partner company in a suitable subject area for the entire duration of the Master's degree must also be completed.
