Annotation
The career-integrated MBA in Business Forensics at Leuphana Professional School – developed and offered in cooperation with the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences – addresses the growing complexity of modern white-collar crime with a consistently interdisciplinary approach. The programme combines core competencies from business, law, psychology, mathematics and data science into a holistic qualification profile for budding forensic experts. Students learn scientifically sound forensic methods to detect irregular transactions, analyse digital traces in a legally compliant manner and effectively manage AI-supported risk factors. In addition to data analysis (forensic accounting), there is a particular focus on practical interview techniques in forensic interviews and legally compliant reporting. Through the close integration of theory and real-world case studies, the degree course offers maximum practical relevance. Thanks to the hybrid and digital format with courses on evenings and weekends, the continuing education can be optimally combined with a full-time job.
