Annotation
The aim of the degree course is to enable engineers to analyse the medical technology problems arising in research and development in biomedical engineering and to find innovative and economical solutions to these. Students are therefore taught the following: - extended basic knowledge of the focal areas of "Modelling and Simulation" - advanced knowledge of biosignal analysis and medical image processing - specialised knowledge of modelling and system identification methods - specialised knowledge of organ replacement systems.
