Annotation
Legally compliant contracts – from planning to implementation – are essential for the economy, human resources and contracting both in a national and international context. They demand trained individuals with expertise in contract negotiation, contract drafting and contract analysis. With the help of this degree, you will mature into such an individual and become familiar with legal issues in international business law. You will master the art of initiating contracts, formulating services and wishes in line with interests and finding adequate solutions in the event of conflict. This Business Law Master’s degree closes a gap in your previous education. It combines advanced theoretical legal training with the teaching of practical skills – for example in contract preparation, contract controlling and dealing with digitalised contract processes. Building on your prior knowledge from your studies or professional experience, you will acquire practical knowledge with a theoretical foundation, supplemented by useful information on strategy and tactics in international contract law. The focus is on case studies, practical projects and current company examples – in particular on the future-oriented topic of digitalisation and the requirements placed on modern legal professions in a globalised world.
