Childhood pedagogy acts at the interface between the individual, families and society and aims to observe individual childhood developments at an early stage and to support them looking ahead to the future. The degree course "Education and Learning in Childhood (BA)" is an undergraduate degree course that focuses on concepts and theories of childhood education and thus provides comprehensive knowledge about the educational and developmental processes of children aged 0 to 12. The scientifically sound and at the same time practice-oriented teaching leads, in addition to the professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree (BA), to state recognition as a childhood educator qualified to work in various fields of childhood pedagogy.
