Annotation
Due to the structural changes in the social sector and social policy, the demands on employees, especially managers, have changed fundamentally. The Catholic University of Applied Sciences NRW reacts to this development: The postgraduate Master's degree programme in Social Management qualifies you for the complex tasks of leadership and management of social organisations at the carrier level and at the level of social services and institutions. The degree programme begins every two years in the summer semester in March of an even year.
Admission requirements
The programme can be taken up by anyone who - holds a (subject) university degree (Bachelor or Diplom) at a university in the fields of social work (special education, social work), curative education, religious education\; - at the start of their studies, they can generally provide evidence of at least three years' postgraduate practice in social work, and - is in a managerial position or aspires to such a position.
