Annotation

At the interface between computer scientists and business economists, IT systems and applications as well as companies and customers, business informatics employees play an important key role thanks to their extensive knowledge. The course in Business Informatics at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University is more technically oriented than at other universities. We attribute the same importance to software development and mathematics as we do to business management and marketing. In the first two semesters you will learn the basics of Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics and Mathematics. From the third semester on, you will use subject-specific modules to develop your study profile and deepen your knowledge. In the last two semesters you can continue your studies in one of the four electives IT Management, IT Security, Application Development or Cyber-Physical-Systems.
