Admission requirements

Admission requirements for this degree course are: a Bachelor's degree or a comparable university degree in a design, engineering, economics, social or cultural science with at least 210 CP: Applicants with 180 CP from Bachelor's degree programmes with a standard period of study of less than 7 semesters can be admitted on condition. The requirement is deemed to have been fulfilled if practical experience amounting to 16 weeks (full-time) and a practical report on this activity have been submitted by the time the application for admission to the Master's thesis is submitted. It is possible to apply with a provisional Bachelor's grade, provided that achievements to a maximum of 30 credit points are missing for successful completion. Proof of the Bachelor's degree must be submitted no later than five months after the application deadline\; otherwise the enrolment expires with effect for the future. proof of German language skills of level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)\; English language proficiency level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Proof can be presented in the form of the general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, if the English language has been taken at least from grade 8 onwards until graduation, or by a certificate certifying at least level B2, which may not be older than 24 months at the beginning of the course.
