The Master's course in "Insolvency Law and Reorganisation Procedures (LL.M.)" is aimed at graduates in Law and Business Administration, taxation adviser and auditors, wishing to undertake basic and further training as external or internal consultants to companies going through crises.

Admission requirements
Admission to the Master's degree course requires: evidence of a first qualifying certificate of academic degree in the subject of Business and Environmental Law or Business Law with a grade of good (at least 2.5) or a First Law Examination with a grade of satisfactory (at least 9 points) or a comparable degree, or evidence of a relevant professionally qualifying final examination external to the higher education institution, such as, in particular, an examination as a tax adviser or accountant and evidence of qualified professional experience of generally at least one year.
