Lectures and method exercises take place in German, accompanying literature and tutorials in English, otherwise generally English. The special feature of this consecutive Master’s course is the integration of natural and social science research and teaching in both the methodological and the conceptual realm. It is possible to do an in-depth specialisation in application-oriented ‘Human Geography’, as well as in the research-related field ‘Physical Geography’.
