With the degree programme Nursing Management M.A., the KatHO NRW offers a study programme which is aimed at interested graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme Nursing Science/Nursing Management. This degree programme is designed to enable graduates to take on management tasks at the level of nursing services, nursing management or facility management (management). A special profile characteristic is the qualification of students to make decisions in contradictory activity situations based on an integrative and multidimensional understanding of science.

Completed training in a nursing profession (geriatric nursing / health and nursing care / health and paediatric nursing) or as a midwife / delivery nurse, permission to use the professional title and an academic qualification through a relevant bachelor's or diploma study with the corresponding focus on nursing management or Diplom-Pflegewirt (nursing management)
