Annotation

The Master's degree in Computer Science focuses on content in the area of software development, in which in-depth knowledge of object-oriented modelling approaches, software architectures and middleware technologies such as JEE with tried-and-tested methods for requirements engineering and development approaches are imparted on the increasingly important embedded systems (Internet of Things). In addition, subjects are re-enforced that are particularly important for companies in the area of information management. This includes modern business process modelling approaches as well as data warehouse systems and strategic planning approaches. For all of these topics, in addition to imparting fundamental scientific knowledge, we also place great emphasis on a high level of practical relevance and the development of ready-to-use knowledge and skills which enable the graduate to take on demanding and extensive tasks in computer science in business enterprises and research institutions.
