You need a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or a technical college entrance qualification. Alternatively, technical college qualifications (e.g.“Staatlich gepr. Techniker/-in“) or the HWK and IHK further education qualifications (e.g. as master craftsman, certified business economist, certified technical business economist, certified industrial foreman operative professional, etc.) in combination with an advisory interview also entitle the holder to study.
